Notes

Rules

No smoking or pets allowed inside The Nash- cleaning charges will be added to remove smell and stains

No hanging or tampering with the sprinkler system. Guests will be held financially responsible for any damages.

Please keep windows closed.

Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Please remove all food brought in during your stay. Do not leave anything behind or in refrigerator.

Do not arrange furniture

No glitter, silly string, tape on walls/furniture, or shaking champagne bottles. If used, a $200 cleaning fee will be automatically charged

Parking is allowed in the public parking structure a block away, on the street, and parking lot behind The Nash. No overnight parking is allowed on the street.

Please be courteous. Our downstairs tenants, neighbors and downtown businesses are important to us.

This is not a hotel. Be respectful of the property, our personal property and furnishings.

Reservation & Payment

We hold reservations with a full payment of the booking with a valid credit card.

All reservation holders must be 21 years of age or older.

A few days before checkin, you will receive a key code to use as entry to The Nash.

Cancelations & Refunds

Guests who cancel their reservation more than 14 days before check-in date will receive a full refund, less a service fee of $50

Guests who cancel their reservation 7-14 days before their check-in date will receive 50% of their total amount due back as a refund.

Guests who cancel their reservation less than 7 days before their check-in date will NOT receive a refund and will be responsible for the full amount of the reservation.

Guests who fail to cancel their reservation and do not arrive on their check-in date are responsible for the full balance of their reserved stay.

In the unlikely event that a guest must shorten their stay after arrival, they will still be responsible for the full balance of the original reservation.

We are unable to offer refunds due to weather or family/medical emergencies.

We reserve the right to charge our guest for any repairs outside of normal wear and tear and normal maintenance. The guest will receive a bill of repairs no later than 10 day after their checkout date and will be required to pay the bill within 30 days of receipt.
